Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear proof (photos or videos) in case of damaged or incorrect items
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
- Any return request made after 48 hours of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or variant)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- The product must be securely packed and handed over as instructed
- After we receive the product, it will go through a quality inspection
- Upon approval, we will process your exchange or replacement
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock for exchange
- Replacement is not possible
- Return is approved after inspection
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days
- In some cases, banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
