Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear proof (photos or videos) in case of damaged or incorrect items


We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
  • Any return request made after 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or variant)


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Our team will guide you through the return process
  2. The product must be securely packed and handed over as instructed
  3. After we receive the product, it will go through a quality inspection
  4. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or replacement


Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for exchange
  • Replacement is not possible
  • Return is approved after inspection


Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days
  • In some cases, banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

Important Notes :

  • GOD-PRESENCE reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
